DIRECTIONS:
From Melbourne take the Western Highway [M8] past Ballarat and continue on till you reach Beaufort [about 20 minutes past Ballarat]. This is your last stop for food, drinks, petrol, etc so stock up. Just after you pass the main strip of shops look out for the Mobil Service Station (open 24hrs) on the corner. Turn right here and follow this road across the railway tracks and continue along for about 5km headed for Raglan. Watch carefully for the large sign to Amphitheatre, slow down before turning right here. Keep going for about 4km more (be careful not to miss this turn!!) and look out for the final sign to turn left. Drive carefully down this dirt road till you reach the checkpoint. All turns will be clearly marked. Total travel time under 2 hours from Melbourne. Check point will be operating from 3:00pm Thursday till Sunday.

From Sydney
Take the Hume highway to Melbourne and follow the directions from Melbourne, taking the western highway.

From Adelaide
Head Towards Bordertown, on the Western Highway (A8) past Horsham, Starwell and Ararat and until you reach Beaufort. This is your last stop for food, drinks, petrol, etc so stock up. Look out for the Mobile Service Station (open 24hrs) on the corner. Turn left here and follow this road across the railway tracks and continue along for about km headed for Raglan.
